Kadijeh wants to make sure you are satisfied with your order. If you are unsatisfied with your items, or for any questions or order issues, please contact us at: connect@kadijeh.com.

ITEMS THAT ARE FINAL SALE:
- Lingerie: Bras, Tops, Panties, Shorts
- Dresses
- Sets
- Loungewear
- Shapewear
- Bodysuits + Jumpsuits
- Swimwear
- Accessories
- Sale Items
- Items marked Final Sale
- Costumes
Due to the intimate and sensitive nature of the above items, they are ineligible for returns.
Eligible merchandise (damaged, defective, or incorrect item shipped) can be returned to Kadijeh for store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be in original condition in which they were received (unwashed, unworn, and with the original tags & packaging). Final Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange (see list of Final Sale items above), unless the received items are damaged, defective, or incorrect item shipped.
We will issue a store credit or refund for eligible returned items, as well as associated state tax. Original shipping fees are refundable if the error was on our end.
Items returned in an unsellable condition will be disposed of and no refund or store credit will be issued.
Kadijeh does not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size, we recommend you place a separate order and request a return authorization.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item Shipped
We care about quality! Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our team at connect@kadijeh.com within 7 days of delivery to notify us of the issue. Please include pictures of the defective item with your request so that we can take immediate action. A team member will supply you with a return authorization form and shipping label, as well as assist with replacing the damaged item.
Should you receive the wrong item in your order, please contact our team at connect@kadijeh.com within 7 days of delivery to receive your return authorization, shipping label, and have your replacement items sent out to you.
How to Start a Return
To obtain a return authorization, send an email to connect@kadijeh.com within 30 days of your purchase and provide the details of your return. Once you receive your return authorization # and have filled out the form supplied by our team, you can send your item back. A return shipping label will be supplied to you free of charge.
You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 7-14 days to receive and process your return. Bank processing times may vary.
Non-returnable and Non-resalable, include but are not limited to:

- Swimwear
- Accessories
- Sale Items
- Costumes
- Items out of original packaging
- Items without tags
- Items that have been worn
- Items that smell of cigarettes, body odor, or perfume
- Items with makeup, glitter, or body lotion on them
- Items with human or pet hair
- Items that are soiled or stained
- Items that have been washed
- Items not purchased on Kadijeh.com
Items returned in an unsaleable condition will be disposed of and no refund or store credit will be issued.
