Shipping policy

Kadijeh ships all orders via UPS, either Ground (5-8 Days), 3-Day, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, or Next Day Air AM, based on your order shipping size and weight.

UPS Ground service takes approximately 5-8 business days for delivery.

UPS 3-Day service takes approximately 3-4 business days for delivery.

Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed before 12 PM PST typically ship the same day. For orders in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO, orders are generally delivered within 14 business days. We do not fulfill orders on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.

Our shipping transit times are not guaranteed. The delivery dates are estimates and are subject to change without your approval due to uncontrollable circumstances. Circumstances may include: natural disaster, inclement weather, service interruptions, etc. All shipping fees – if charged, are non-refundable.

While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Kadijeh.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will be charged when your order has shipped and will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with applicable shipping and tax charges. Kadijeh.com currently ships to all 50 states and U.S. Territories.
